To ensure our manufacturers’ products are used as intended, we have relevant product training and tools available for distributors, veterinarians, and pet owners. Our resources for veterinarians also include CE credit webinars and in-person training events.

Behind the scenes, EPiQ is working to ensure that the most innovative products are reaching the market. We collaborate with a network of authorized distributors for the brands we represent to ensure products get to the right place at the right time.

For the brands we represent, we provide manufacturers with regulatory and compliance guidance and support; handle adverse events and product-quality complaints; and, should there ever be a recall, work with our partners in the supply chain to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
