Valerie Cardenas is a customer service representative at EPiQ Animal Health. She brings with her 20 years of clinical veterinary experience, and strongly believes the dog/cat are the real bosses. Valerie strives to stay current with the advances in veterinary practice. Her diverse veterinary background helps relate to the client, empathize with the pet and ultimately improves the entire customer experience.

During her free time, Valerie volunteer grooms for local municipal shelters and rescue groups. When she is not exploring exotic cuisine with her family or going on road trips with her senior Maltese, she is attempting DIY projects around her house in Houston, TX.
